How long will my order take to produce?

Production lead-times on all online orders (non-bespoke), is generally 15-20 business days. 

Bespoke lead-times, can vary due to the necessary correspondence to build your design, source the stone and make all alterations before finishing the piece. This will generally be between 3 and 6 weeks. If you need the piece by a certain date, just get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia, we ship all orders via AusPost Express. To see if your post code is the next day delivery zone, see https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/sending-in-australia/delivery-areas-within-australia

Internationally, we also now ship via express, which is generally a 3-5 days shipping time.

Worth noting for international orders; the last leg of the delivery is generally carried out by your national postal service, so they may have more accurate tracking information once on in your home country. For example, the United States is USPS and the United Kingdom, Royal Mail. 

Do you do custom designs?

What materials are your pieces made from?

Our products are generally made from solid gold or sterling silver, adorned with high-quality and sourced diamonds, precious stones and pearls.

I don't know my/her size, what do you recommend?

Can my piece be resized?

If the size specification was wrong, your ring can be re-sized. The re-sizing fee is on a case by case basis, due to the variance of ring design and level to which the piece needs sized. Cost will range from $50 to $100.

Send us an email if you wish to organise a re-size and we'll set that up.


Also, please allow 20 business days for the turnaround. Of course, if the sizing was our mistake, there will be no charge to correct it. 
If the ring is the wrong size, please return without wearing the piece, as we may need to re-cast the ring and need the original kept in good condition. 

How can I pay? Do you offer AfterPay? 

YES, we accept AfterPay for all Australian orders. Unfortunately, this currently only for domestic orders.

We accept payment through these secure gateways: PayPal, Shopify Payment, ApplePay, GooglePay and AfterPay. These payment methods include credit and debit cards; VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
